Return Window We accept returns within 2 week of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Request a Return Contact us before sending any item back. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
